Job Summary

Manpower S.A. De C.V is seeking a highly skilled Compute DRAM Layout Engineering Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for contributing to the development of new memory products and overseeing the layout process.

Key Responsibilities

  • Contribute to the development of new memory products, including the design, layout, and optimization of memory circuits.
  • Manage the layout process, including floor-planning, placement, and routing optimization.
  • Optimize design rules for cost, performance, and functionality.
  • Define array blocks and pitch cells, and verify proper word line and digit line lengths.
  • Choose appropriate transistor sizes and types for pitch cells for Vcell margin and performance.
  • Manage verification processes, including silicon versus schematic versus layout verification.
  • Responsible for simulation, Verilog, and parasitic modeling.
  • Assist in silicon design validation, reticle experiments, and tape-out revisions as needed.
  • Maintain technical expertise and provide training aid in communicating best known practices to the team.
  • Prepare detailed documentation as required.
  • Contribute to cross-group communication and work towards standardization and group success.

Requirements

  • B.S. Electrical Engineering + 3 years relevant experience.
  • Strong technical expertise in memory circuit design and layout optimization.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
