The successful candidate will work closely with our client's local business units and suppliers to drive continuous improvement of their supply chain. Key responsibilities include managing the supplier assessment and corrective action program, providing guidance and support to suppliers, and ensuring regular reporting to the client.

Key Responsibilities- Manage the supplier assessment and corrective action program to evaluate local suppliers against our client's labor rights and modern slavery principles.
- Work directly with our client's local business units and suppliers to provide support and guidance on completing self-assessment questionnaires and corrective action plans.
- Ensure regular reporting to our client's teams using their reporting dashboard.
- Travel to local suppliers in Mexico to provide in-person support.
- Act as the expert towards local suppliers on specific client requirements.
- Take program ownership and accountability to ensure timely implementation of the program and delivery of support.
- At least 5 years of solid work experience in a similar role.
- Strong understanding of labor rights and modern slavery principles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
