Housekeeping Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled Housekeeping Coordinator to join our team at Courtyard Queretaro. As a key member of our Housekeeping team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and quality in our guest rooms and public areas.
Key Responsibilities- Run sold room reports and verify room status to determine discrepant rooms and prioritize room cleaning.
- Assist Housekeeping management in managing daily activities and coordinate efforts with other departments.
- Document and resolve issues with discrepant rooms with the Front Desk.
- Prepare and distribute room assignments to Housekeeping staff and record, monitor, and update the list of 'Do Not Disturb' rooms.
- Ensure that vacant dirty rooms are cleaned by the necessary time and assign rush rooms and rooms previously on the 'Do Not Disturb' list.
- Complete required Housekeeping paperwork and follow all company and safety and security policies and procedures.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous experience in Housekeeping or a related field preferred.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 10 pounds without assistance.
