We are seeking a skilled Luxury Suite Attendant Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of service and quality in our guest rooms and suites. Your primary focus will be on delivering exceptional experiences for our guests, from cleaning and maintenance to providing personalized attention and support.

Main Responsibilities:

• Ensure all guest rooms and suites are clean, neat, and well-maintained.
• Perform daily assignments of guest rooms and suites within allotted timeframes.
• Stock and maintain cart in a neat, orderly manner at all times.
• Pick up rooms and suites as needed, based on occupancy.

Requirements and Qualifications:

• Ability to communicate effectively with guests, team members, and management in both written and verbal form.
• Ability to reach a height of 6 feet and transport, push, pull, and maneuver a cart weighing up to 60 pounds.
• Ability to climb, bend, reach, walk, and stand for the duration of shift.
• Ability to tolerate chemicals, cleansers, and solvents.
• Must be able to obtain all necessary work cards.
