Job Summary

This role is critical for us to succeed as an approachable, luxury destination offering best-in-class hospitality and exciting amenities for all. In addition, you will ensure our team members have the resources to provide our guests with memorable moments at Durango.

You will be working hands-on in any kitchen environment to ensure all china, glass and silverware, flatware, dish machines, etc. are cleaned and maintained according to Station Casinos standards and specifications.

Maintaining cleanliness, safety and sanitation standards in accordance with department policies and the Department of Health is also a key responsibility.

Responsibilities
  • Working hands-on in any kitchen environment to ensure all china, glass and silverware, flatware, dish machines, etc. are cleaned and maintained according to Station Casinos standards and specifications.
  • Maintaining cleanliness, safety and sanitation standards in accordance with department policies and the Department of Health.

The ideal candidate should be able to learn the basics of detergents, chemicals, sanitation techniques, and ware-washing procedures.

Requirements
  • Able to lift up to 50 lbs, push 150 to 250 lbs. on a pushcart, and enter walk-ins of -10 degrees to 140 degrees with or without assistance.
  • Able to obtain all necessary work cards.
Compensation

$45,000 per year based on experience.
