About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Enterprise Technical Solutions Specialist to join our team in Mexico City. As a key member of our enterprise segment, you will play a vital role in supporting a wide range of customers and driving strategies that help them innovate and transform using Zendesk.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute technical roadmaps with customers to drive outcomes and report on progress.
  • Serve as the primary technical lead between customers and Zendesk, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver joint customer engagements.
  • Own and drive technical relationships with customers, handling executive-level client relationships and anticipating their needs.
  • Communicate effectively with all levels of personnel, from administrators to CxO levels, and excel in a collaborative matrix environment.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 10+ years of technical experience managing complex customer environments, with at least 5 years in an Enterprise environment.
  • External enterprise customer-facing experience as a technical lead, with a solid understanding of how various systems interact with each other.
  • Knowledge of SaaS implementations, API use cases, and development, as well as logic-based workflows.
  • Advanced functional knowledge of Zendesk's products and complementary tools that extend the value of the platform.
