About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Technical Support Engineer to join our Tier 2 Support team. As a key member of our technical support team, you will provide expert-level support to our enterprise customers, ensuring their success with Zoom products and services.

Responsibilities
  • Provide timely and effective support to enterprise customers, resolving complex technical issues and improving customer satisfaction.
  • Develop and maintain strategic partnerships with enterprise customers, delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving business growth.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement solutions that meet customer needs and drive business success.
  • Maintain proficiency with Zoom products and services, staying up-to-date with new features and technologies.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in technical support or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
