About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team in Monterrey. As a key member of our recruitment team, you will be responsible for developing job postings, sourcing qualified candidates, conducting initial screenings, scheduling interviews, and managing compliance with applicable employment laws and requirements.

Responsibilities

  • Develop job postings and decide where to source for qualified candidates.
  • Conduct initial screening with candidates to determine match to the position requirements.
  • Schedule interviews and/or assessments with local human resources and/or hiring teams as requested.
  • Work closely with local human resources representatives and hiring managers to prepare and extend employment offers and complete search process.
  • Manage compliance to applicable employment laws and requirements specific to recruitment.
  • Maintain a variety of recruiting data and prepare reports to communicate recruitment status and performance against identified metrics.
  • May be responsible for providing coaching/training to human resources representatives and/or hiring teams on use of situation-based interview techniques.
  • Act as recruiting Subject Matter Expert (SME), providing market insight and guidance to the business.
  • Responsible for keeping Applicant Tracking System updated.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor Degree required, preferably in the field directly related to Human Resources (HR Development, Labor Relations, etc.).
  • 1+ years of experience in recruitment (including internships/Co-ops).
  • Ideal candidate would possess high-energy, be highly motivated, and a self-starter.
  • Fluent in English and Spanish.
  • Previous experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and LinkedIn Recruiter.
  • Preferred Qualifications: Previous experience staffing engineering/IT roles as well as other Operational Roles (Purchasing, Finance, HR, etc.). Previous experience actively sourcing passive candidates.
