**About the role:**
We are seeking a Site Recruiter to collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand the site's unique needs and ensure a smooth and efficient recruitment process. The successful candidate will focus on building strong relationships with local talent pools, utilizing site-specific strategies to attract and retain top talent. Additionally, they may contribute to onboarding processes and serve as liaisons between the site and the broader organizational recruitment efforts.
**Key responsibilities include:**
Primarily responsible for roles related to production, engineering, maintenance, and other operational positions. Involved in ensuring a steady pipeline of skilled workers and addressing immediate staffing requirements at site level. Work closely with site managers, production supervisors, and other operational leaders to understand the job requirements, team dynamics, and culture. Consistently execute with operational excellence to ensure a smooth and efficient recruitment process. Build and maintain strong partnerships with leaders, vendors, community organizations, and team members.
**About you:**
Bachelor's degree. Fluent in English, both written and oral. Exceptional market research and sourcing skills. Experience using an ATS and LinkedIn.
