NTT DATA Services is a recognized leader in IT and business services, including cloud, data and applications. We are seeking a Field Tech Senior Representative to join our team in Mexico City (Tlalpan Area - Coyoacan), Ciudad de México (MX-CMX), Mexico (MX).

31407203 - Field Tech Senior Representative

The successful candidate will be responsible for the on-site integration of company and multi-vendor systems solutions, which may include hardware, software and networking products as well as operating systems. This will involve on-site and/or remote installation, implementation, configuration, maintenance, troubleshooting and/or repair of desktops, notebooks, printers, and associated peripherals.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will have knowledge of their work area but only general understanding of work outside their own area. They will complete a variety of tasks which are standard and recurring. When the work is non-routine, they will escalate to a manager and/or receive specific instructions prior to completing.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform basic configuration of desktop / notebook /printers.
  • Responsible of simple parts replacement and repair on desktops / notebooks/ printers.
  • Basic knowledge of Windows operating system environment.
  • Basic client service skills.
  • Basic Asset Management and Asset Tracking skills.
  • Ability to physically perform general office requirements.
  • Must be able to perform essential responsibilities with or without reasonable accommodations.
  • Significant travel including overnight domestic or international trips may be required.
