About this role

The role of Executive Support Specialist is a key position within the CBS team, providing executive-level support to the Manager. As a trusted partner, you will be responsible for organizing and optimizing the Manager's time, ensuring timely completion of tasks and projects.

Main responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Manager to prioritize tasks and deadlines, ensuring seamless execution of projects.

• Develop and maintain the Entity annual calendar, taking into account Group and Entity deadlines.

• Organize meetings, events, and seminars, including logistics, participant management, and content preparation.

• Provide administrative support, including drafting and disseminating meeting minutes, tracking action items, and ensuring follow-up.

• Analyze and consolidate information necessary for the entity's proper functioning, both internally and externally.

Additional responsibilities

• Process internal and external requests in a timely manner, upholding the Group's values and maintaining a positive image.

• Manage priorities, address emergencies, and mitigate potential tensions.

• Anticipate needs and requests to contribute to the Group's/Entity's performance.

• Manage specific issues, working in compliance with the Manager.

• Monitor the Entity's budget.

This role requires excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. A high level of discretion and professionalism is essential, along with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
