Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement comprehensive account strategies to drive revenue growth and maximize market share from assigned luxury accounts.
  • Retain, expand, and grow account revenue through total account penetration, margin management, and implementation of sales and marketing initiatives.
  • Penetrate assigned accounts for group and transient, as well as exploring opportunities for extended stay and catering sales business.
  • Identify and aggressively solicit new accounts in coordination with relevant Sales and Marketing colleagues and Above Property Sales.
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue goals and drive business growth.
  • Build and strengthen relationships with existing and new customers, industry organizations, and brand network to enable future bookings.
  • Understand market dynamics, competitors' strengths and weaknesses, economic trends, supply and demand, and how to sell to assigned accounts.
  • Identify emerging business opportunities and risks within assigned accounts and provide feedback to key stakeholders.
  • Implement process improvements and best practices to drive business results.
  • Promote accountability to drive superior business results and achieve account revenue and sales goals.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in luxury sales, with a proven track record of driving revenue growth and maximizing market share.
  • Strong understanding of luxury markets, competitors, and market trends.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve business objectives.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify opportunities and risks.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and sales-related software.
