About the Role

The ECS Private Cloud Customer Center is responsible for ensuring seamless adoption of RISE with SAP S/4HANA Cloud, Private Edition solution by customers through a modern digital engagement delivery model. As a key member of this unit, you will play a crucial role in ensuring excellent process setup and business setup for our Global Unit.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop an outstanding understanding of customer-facing processes and combine this knowledge with a deep business analysis to ensure the success of our organization.
  • Collaborate with colleagues in the Business Intelligence Office and Regions to participate in global initiatives that improve and evolve our engagement model in alignment with the GCE Strategy.
  • Support the creation of assets and other communications with a strong focus on the PC3 strategy and multiple initiatives.
  • Proactively collaborate with PC3 regional managers to ensure timely and effective communication of key events and milestones.
  • Contribute to and drive creative initiatives that support customer satisfaction ambitions.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need to have a strong understanding of SAP S/4HANA Cloud, Private Edition solution and experience in process setup and business setup. You will also need to be able to work collaboratively with colleagues and stakeholders to drive business outcomes.
