Housekeeping Associate

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Housekeeping Associate to join our team at W Hotels. As a Housekeeping Associate, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and maintenance of our guest rooms and public areas.
Key Responsibilities- Respond promptly to guest requests and provide exceptional customer service.
- Restock and maintain housekeeping carts and supplies.
- Enter guest rooms in a timely and efficient manner, ensuring that all amenities and supplies are replenished.
- Clean and maintain bathrooms, including sinks, toilets, showers, and bathtubs.
- Make beds, fold and replace linens, and ensure that all furniture and appliances are in good working order.
- Remove trash, dirty linen, and room service items from guest rooms.
- Perform floor care duties, including vacuuming and dusting.
- Follow all company and safety policies and procedures, including proper storage of flammable materials.
- Ensure uniform and personal appearance are clean and professional.
- Welcome and acknowledge all guests according to company standards.
- Ability to lift, carry, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 25 pounds without assistance.
- Ability to push and pull a loaded housekeeping cart and other work-related equipment over sloping and uneven surfaces.
- Ability to stand, sit, kneel, or walk for an extended period across an entire work shift.
- Ability to grasp, turn, and manipulate objects of varying size and weight, requiring fine motor skills and hand-eye coordination.
