Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned Global Supply Chain Strategy Director for Mexico to join our team at Micron Memory Malaysia Sdn Bhd.

As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for the strategic leadership and operational management of our supply chain within Mexico. This role involves overseeing global supply management, order management, supply chain optimization, integrated business planning, new product introduction, and digital supply chain to ensure our supply chain supports our company's global objectives and market demands.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Direct the country's supply chain strategy in alignment with global objectives.
  • Lead and develop the supply chain team to achieve performance KPIs.
  • Manage end-to-end supply chain operations.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance supply chain efficiency.
  • Ensure compliance with international trade regulations and quality standards.
  • Collaborate with global counterparts to implement best practices and process standardization.
  • Utilize data analytics to forecast demand and optimize the supply chain network.
  • Provide key operational insights to the broader Micron organization.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
  • Extensive experience in global supply chain management at a directorial level.
  • Proven track record of strategic planning and execution in supply chain operations.
  • Strong leadership skills and experience managing diverse teams.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and analytical skills.
  • Deep understanding of international trade, logistics, and supply chain software.
Preferred Skills:
  • Experience with ERP systems and advanced supply chain technologies.
  • Familiarity with sustainability initiatives and risk management in the supply chain.
  • Ability to adapt to a rapidly changing business environment and manage complex projects.

The estimated salary for this position is RM200,000 - RM250,000 per annum, depending on experience.
