Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Supply Chain Planner to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the adequate supply of finished products, accessories, and spare parts in a timely and cost-effective manner.

Key Responsibilities

  • Inventory Management
    • Manage optimal inventory levels through the execution of Material Requirements Planning (MRP) and Master Production Scheduling (MPS).
    • Update inventory levels daily to determine additional purchases or decreases.
  • Supply Chain Coordination
    • Define actual MPS in manufacturing plants to achieve delivery date expectations.
    • Align with production planners on production schedules and balance manufacturing plans.
  • Supplier Management
    • Manage optimal inventory levels for Asia suppliers through the execution of MRP and MPS.
    • Update the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system quarterly with prices, parameters, and corresponding files for the supply of products and creation of purchase orders.
  • Purchasing and Logistics
    • Execute and issue the monthly and annual purchasing plan to Finance, considering inventory stocks, supplier delivery times, transit time, and minimum order quantities.
    • Negotiate with suppliers to cover sales forecasts, ensuring timely delivery and following up to ensure shipments align with committed dates.
  • Warehouse Management
    • Manage planned activities in the Warehouse, collaborating with responsible parties to execute receipts, kit assembly, and other activities.
  • Performance Monitoring
    • Implement and monitor performance indicators of suppliers to identify areas of opportunity and execute improvement plans based on results.
  • Financial Management
    • Contribute to accounts payable by preparing the cash flow for 8 weeks and requesting payment of invoices to suppliers and taxes.

Requirements

  • Education
    • Industrial Engineering or Administrative Degree.
  • Experience
    • 3 years of experience in similar positions.
  • Technical Skills
    • Preferred: SAP, Power BI.
