As a Supply Chain Analyst at Resideo, you will play a critical role in supporting the organization's business strategies by participating in multi-disciplined supply chain and inventory focused project teams. Your responsibilities will include weekly buy management, OTB management for assigned suppliers, and engaging with key stakeholders to create consensus demand plans. You will also collaborate with supplier partners on supply constraint and order management, analyze weekly in-stock and fill rate reporting to identify gap closure opportunities, and support promotional activity through proper demand/inventory planning. Additionally, you will be responsible for excess inventory management via collaborative planning with Suppliers and Category Managers, and perform administrative functions supporting Senior Demand Planner. Participate in special projects as assigned.
**Requirements:**
Bachelor's Degree required
- Minimum 2 years related experience in inventory planning and analysis required
- Strong communication, prioritization, and organizational skills
- Must be a strategic thinker, persuasive and collaborative
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Must be agile with ability to thrive in a highly dynamic fast paced environment
