The Technical Manufacturing Operations Manager is a key leadership position at Cisco Systems, Inc. responsible for driving manufacturing execution excellence and customer experience through operational performance on delivery, quality, cost, and transformation.
Key Responsibilities
- Accountable for driving manufacturing execution excellence and customer experience through operational performance on delivery, quality, cost, and transformation.
- Ensure the EMS Partners sites have an outstanding Quality Management System (QMS) deployed throughout their operation.
- Build a strong organization with leadership bench strength, capabilities for the future, engagement, and Cisco culture.
- Manage a team of engineers in one or several fields: Test/Software Development, Electrical, Mechanical, and Manufacturing to drive product quality in the factory.
- Work with the Director of Regional Operations to drive product quality and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Strong knowledge of PCBA manufacturing operations and SMT technology roadmap.
- Leadership skills with the ability to build and manage a high-performing team.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
