- Minimize waste and optimize resource utilization.
- Plan and execute OPEX projects to improve manufacturing efficiency.
- Develop and deliver technical and operational training to team members.
- Keep PFMEA and process documentation up-to-date.
- Comply with safety and environmental regulations.
**Requirements**
- Engineering degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in project management and manufacturing engineering.
- Advanced English language skills.
- Certification in 6Sigma or Lean.
- Supervision and project management experience.
- Availability to travel.
