We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Financial Analyst to join our team at Idoneus Talent. As a key member of our accounting department, you will be responsible for supporting month-end activities, collaborating with the business, and ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of financial reports.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Support business in issue resolution and provide timely and accurate financial information
- Develop and maintain an inventory of test scripts, document results, and identify pain points
- Own and manage the process/activity related to controlling and planning
- Ensure internal control requirements are met for all processes and activities
- Proactively identify potential issues and highlight them to the core team
- Train new resources and prepare working documents for the wider audience
- Develop and maintain knowledge center for controlling-related topics
- Support project teams in analyzing scenarios and suggesting improvements
- Familiar with business-required reports, both standard and customized Fiori reports
**Requirements**
- Education: Professional degree in accounting, finance, or administration
- Language: English (intermediate, business conversation)
- Expertise: 2-5 years of experience in general accounting, cost accounting, and junior experience in controlling
- Knowledge: Managing reporting, SG&A analysis
