YOUR ROLE

As a static, fatigue, and damage tolerance stress specialist, you will review, make recommendations, and provide final stress justification of reworks and repairs on defects produced on the airframe primary structure. You will work closely with Design Engineers by providing timely stress substantiations to various manufacturing and assembly issues.

  • Engage with Stress engineering team to resolve key technical issues.
  • Document analysis on stress work files.

YOUR PROFILE

  • Good conversational English (B2, C1, C2)
  • Bachelor's degree in aeronautical or mechanical engineering
  • 5-7 years of relevant experience
  • Material Review Board (MRB) or MAP experience in commercial / business aircraft and / or previous MRB delegation is an asset.
  • Experience in static, fatigue, damage tolerance analysis and finite element analysis.
  • Experience in design office (design or stress) of aircraft structures (Airframe);
  • Knowledge of stress calculations / justifications.
  • Knowledge of aeronautical used materials.
  • Work autonomously and be a good team player.
