**Job Description:**
We are seeking an experienced Service Delivery Manager to join our Support team in Guadalajara, Mexico. As a key member of our team, you will lead relationships with F5 and our customers' operational and leadership groups. Your primary goal will be to develop and strengthen these relationships through proactive and personable interactions.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Establishing Customer Loyalty: Be accountable for operational results of F5, particularly Customer Satisfaction, renewal, and additional sales success.
- Communication Excellence: Handle customer interactions by coordinating communication internally and externally with various partners, advising issues to resolution.
- Leadership & Teamwork: Effectively deliver Enhanced Services with Consulting and/or Account Management work, demonstrating excellent customer service skills.
The ideal candidate will have:
- At least 8 years of relationship management background in a customer service role.
- A Bachelor's Degree or equivalent.
- Experience in a technical support role is a plus.
**Required Skills and Qualifications:*
- Provide effective communication and negotiation skills at all levels.
- Show good judgment to put the customer first.
- Lead sophisticated enterprise customer situations relating to Support and System availability.
**Salary Range:** $70,000 - $90,000 per year, depending on experience.
Physical Demands and Work Environment: Duties are performed in a normal office environment while sitting at a desk or computer table. Travel may be required up to 60% locally and approximately 10% overnight.
