We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Customer Experience Associate to join our team. As a representative of our client's brand, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to customers through various channels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Resolve customer inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Provide personalized support through phone, email, and chat
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues

Requirements:

  • At least 1+ years of experience in customer service or a related field
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • B2 English proficiency and C1 Spanish proficiency
  • Able to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
  • Possess strong problem-solving skills and ability to multitask

Our competitive salary range is between $18-$22 per hour, depending on experience. Additionally, we offer benefits including:
