About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Supply Chain and Logistics Analyst to join our team at Caterpillar. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for supporting customer inquiries, managing new orders, and ensuring seamless order processing.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and control new sales orders, identifying key elements and communicating downstream for required actions.
- Audit order change requests from customers, evaluating acceptance from a material, production plan, technical, and logistics perspective.
- Serve as primary contact for customer inquiries, providing feedback on lead time, planned timeline, order change, and order reschedules.
- Manage sales and customer priorities in collaboration with other departments.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Business, Process Engineering, or a related field.
- Advanced-Intermediate level of English, spoken and written, is required.
- Proficiency in SAP, Office Packages, and Advanced Excel.
- Desirable experience in Supply Chain and customer service.
