Job Title: Senior Media Administrator

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Media Administrator to join our team at Warner Bros. Discovery. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the internal operations of content for the Max platform, ensuring seamless content updates, resolving issues, and serving as a liaison between operational teams and the strategy team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and maintain the 30-day Smartsheet tracker, ensuring timely updates and follow-ups on Media Ops processes across all properties.
  • Communicate content status on a weekly basis, providing detailed tracking and updates on Original Content Production (LOPs).
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including VOD, Media Ops, Dubbing & Subtitling, Strategy, Metadata, and Artwork teams, to ensure accurate content information and resolve any issues that may arise.
  • Contribute to case creation and selection teams, providing necessary information for proper content publishing processes.
  • Track and troubleshoot content readiness, ensuring timely publication on the Max streaming platform.
  • Resolve issues and rejections with support teams, creating and delivering ticket requests, and tracking updates until resolution.
  • Collaborate with regional teams, providing publishing status on Latam's Original Content and participating in regional meetings.
Requirements:
  • Broad knowledge and experience in the Media industry.
  • Ability to handle challenging situations and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills and a solid background in internal operation processes.
  • Degree or equivalent experience in English language.
  • Ability to set up priorities and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Broad knowledge and experience in operational processes.
  • General knowledge of Project Management and OTT Platforms.
