Job Summary

We are seeking an HR Coordinator and Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for talent acquisition, administration, and HRIS management.

Talent Acquisition

  • Liaise with internal departments to determine recruitment needs.
  • Determine selection criteria, hiring profiles, and job requirements for vacant positions.
  • Sourcing potential candidates through online company career portals, recruitment sites, job boards, and print media.
  • Evaluate applications and screen candidates via calls or emails, as well as facilitate pre-interview assessments.
  • Compile interview questions and conduct in-person or video call interviews with shortlisted candidates.
  • Prepare hiring forecasts as part of the company's strategic planning.
  • Document processes and foster good relationships with potential candidates and past applicants.

Administration

  • Responsible for presence contract signing for new hires.
  • Maintain physical employees' files.
  • Deliver physical needs when required to the employee, vendors, etc.
  • Assist with all internal and external HR-related inquiries or requests.
  • Maintain both hard and digital copies of employees' records.
  • Assist with performance management procedures.
  • Schedule meetings, HR events, and maintain agendas.
  • Produce and submit reports on general HR activity.
  • Assist with payroll inquiries when needed.

HRIS

  • Super admin for HRIS UKG.
  • Super admin SORA, platform for e-signatures.
  • UKG configuration.
  • UKG employee status update.
  • UKG tracking ticketing system.
  • UKG-related issues.
  • SORA update add-ins, terminations.
  • SORA checkup for docs signing.
  • SORA employee accounts active inactive.
  • Logistics for Food voucher card and Bank card replacement.
  • Major Medical Insurance Administration.
  • Gift card administration.
