Overview

Beiersdorf México Sa is seeking a highly skilled Supply Chain Planner to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring high forecast accuracy and consistent supply of goods through effective S&OP process management.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned Supply Chain professional to lead the development and implementation of local planning units and organizations, resulting in optimal Service Level to customers. Your key focus areas will include baseline forecast calculation, PIPO plan execution, and demand plan building using the building blocks methodology.

Main Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement statistical models to enhance forecast accuracy
  • Schedule meetings with cross-functional teams to achieve consensus forecasts
  • Liaise with CoE/Supply Planning teams to ensure optimal service levels and mitigate availability risks
  • Collaborate with Sales teams to prioritize channel allocation and minimize inventory write-downs
  • Analyze data on sell-in, sell-out, and trade inventory projections to identify business gaps and develop corrective actions
  • Monitor and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) such as Forecast Accuracy, Bias, Service Level, Inventory, and Waste

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should have at least 2-3 years of experience in Supply Chain Planning, preferably in a similar industry. Your expertise in statistical modeling, forecasting, and data analysis is essential. Strong communication and collaboration skills are also required to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
