PepsiCo is a leading food and beverage company, with iconic brands consumed daily in over 200 countries. We are seeking a skilled Master Planner to drive supply chain excellence.
Role SummaryThis role is accountable for the overall master plan within a sector, business unit or category. As a Master Planner, you will partner with repacker teams to become an operative expert on 11 suppliers, ensuring seamless logistics and supply chain management.
Key Responsibilities:- Operative Champion: Develop strong relationships with repacker teams to optimize supplier performance.
- DPP Ownership: Collaborate with Operation/Purchase/Repacker leaders to configure DPP correctly, considering BPM, flavor and size matrix, stopages, maintenance, restrictions, calendars and shifts.
- MPS DPP: Translate monthly plans into weekly schedules, taking into account operative restrictions, MRP inventory levels, manufacturing fill rates, etc.
- Replenishment Governance: Establish a robust governance process with Factories and Repackers to ensure medium-term needs are met and long-term alignment is achieved (capacities/investment and promotional data).
- Supply Ownership: Work with Operative and Repacker teams to understand service and control fill rates.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Bachelor degree in Logistics, Business, Administration, Industrial Engineering.
- 3-5 years of experience in logistics or supply chain planning.
- SAP knowledge desirable.
- Microsoft suite tools (Excel, PowerPoint) proficiency.
- Advanced English and Spanish language skills.
- Results-oriented, decision-making, teamwork, customer service, networking under pressure, frustration tolerance, sense of urgency, proactive attitude.
The estimated salary range for this position is $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
