About the Role

Regal Rexnord is seeking a highly skilled Manufacturing Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our manufacturing organization, you will be responsible for optimizing manufacturing processes, improving product quality, and reducing costs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce waste
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement new manufacturing processes
  • Analyze data to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to address them
  • Lead and participate in Kaizen events to drive continuous improvement
  • Develop and maintain process documentation and training materials
  • Collaborate with manufacturing and engineering teams to resolve production issues and improve product quality
  • Stay up-to-date with new manufacturing technologies and techniques to recommend improvements

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in manufacturing engineering or a related field
  • Experience with industrial technical fields, programming CNC equipment, and grinding, turning, and milling machinery
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Experience with manufacturing bearings and Six Sigma certifications a plus
