We're seeking a highly skilled Growth Manager to lead the development of new lending models at American Express. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for defining the future of our lending services and identifying opportunities to drive growth and customer engagement.
In this role, you will work closely with our Lending HQ Central Team and cross-functional partners to develop and execute strategies that meet the evolving needs of our customers. Your expertise in digital marketing, project management, and data analysis will enable you to create innovative solutions that drive business results and enhance the customer experience.
To succeed in this position, you must have a strong understanding of financial services, fintech, and product management, as well as excellent communication and collaboration skills. You will also need to be analytical, able to leverage data to inform your decisions and build effective strategies.
We offer a competitive salary, estimated at $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on location and experience. In addition to a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, and disability benefits, we provide generous paid parental leave policies, flexible working arrangements, and opportunities for career development and training.
