This role involves leading technical projects, ensuring the successful implementation of enterprise solutions, and contributing to the advancement of our company's mission. You will oversee the development and deployment of technical projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
Main Responsibilities:
- Project Oversight: Close communication with stakeholders, monitoring and control of project budget and gross margin, risk analysis, and documentation in internal platforms.
- Project Coordination: General project documentation, change order follow-up, schedule monitoring, and coordination with stakeholders.
- Project Planning: Establish incremental value delivery plans and resourcing for project activities, and arrange for the assignment of project personnel.
As a Project Manager, you will be instrumental in turning our customers' complex projects into success while being attentive to planning and budget. You will be responsible for deployment, configuration, testing (UAT), and launch support of software projects.
On projects where the scope requires, ensure clear delineation in accountability for the overall delivery of the cross-functional project (time, cost). Drive risk identification and issue resolution at the project level.
Requirements:
- 3 - 4 years project management experience
- Vendor management and people management experience
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Ability to work in ambiguous situations
