As a Process Optimization Specialist, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and monitoring clear, specific, and functional systems of Lean manufacturing to produce quality products at the lowest cost.

Key Responsibilities

  • Detection of needs and requisition of sewing equipment.
  • Definition of capacities, workloads, and flows for the sewing areas.
  • Rearrangement of modules for mix changes, engineering changes, and/or model year change.

  • Participation in the 8DS.

Requirements

  • Knowledge in cutting/sewing process.

  • Continuous improvement to the established processes.
  • Footprint analysis and plant distribution.
  • English proficiency (65%).

  • Making times.
  • Knowledge of IATF 16949.
  • Knowledge in PFMEA.
  • Use of Auto CAD.
