Job Summary
We're looking for a detail-oriented and analytical individual to manage our payroll process, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with laws and regulations. As a Payroll and Benefits Analyst, you will be responsible for calculating wages, salaries, deductions, and benefits, as well as maintaining payroll-related information in our financial and employee management databases.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as a subject matter expert on payroll and benefits, providing guidance and support to colleagues.
- Compute and calculate payroll processes, including wages, salaries, deductions, and benefits.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date payroll-related information in our financial and employee management databases.
- Stay current on state and federal payroll and tax laws, ensuring compliance and accuracy.
- Research and respond to payroll and benefit-related inquiries from employees and management.
- Design, document, and implement procedures to streamline payroll processes and improve efficiency.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Administration, or related field (certified).
- Minimum 4+ years of experience as a Payroll Specialist in the manufacturing industry.
- Expertise in payroll process, settlement calculations, and T&A software management.
- Excellent analytical and numerical skills, with the ability to work under tight deadlines.
- Advanced Excel skills and knowledge of Success Factors, Kronos, and Celergo platforms.
