• Provide strategic financial direction and oversight to the organization
• Lead, manage, and mentor the global accounting team
• Oversee all financial operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, treasury, and capital expenditures
• Prepare, present, and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
• Drive the budgeting and forecasting processes
• Ensure up-to-date compliance with financial regulations and standards, including timely reporting and audits
• Act as a financial advisor to the leadership team, offering insights, analysis, and recommendations for financial decision-making

Requirements:

• Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field
• Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in finance roles, with at least 5 years in a leadership capacity
• Mastery of accounting software, including QuickBooks, Oracle Netsuite, Sage, and Google suite
• In-depth knowledge of regulatory requirements, risk management, and compliance pertaining to financial reporting and operations

Work Conditions:

• Work hours: 09-18, Monday to Friday
• Hybrid work conditions between WFH and the office
• Salary: $60,000-$90,000 per month

Education:

• Master's degree (required)
• Financial experience: 10 years (required)
• Leadership experience: 5 years (required)

Language:

• English proficiency: 90% (required)
