HSBC is one of the world's largest banking and financial services organizations, operating in 64 countries and territories. We're seeking an experienced professional to lead our Full Stack Engineering team and drive technological excellence in our Repo business.

Key Responsibilities:

• Guide and oversee a team of 3+ developers to ensure successful project execution and team growth.

• Develop and deliver small, non-breaking iterative changes that provide business value.

• Consult on business requirements, providing input on technology capabilities and limitations.

• Maintain and improve the stability and reliability of our production environments.

Requirements:

• Repo or Securities Financing experience preferred.

• Proficient in Java microservices development.

• Familiarity with JavaScript/React for UI development.

• Basic knowledge of Cloud platforms.

• Experience in Agile methodology and DevOps tooling such as JIRA, Maven/Gradle.
