Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Principal Memory Verification Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our design verification team, you will work with innovative design and verification teams using state-of-the-art memory technologies to develop advanced DRAM and emerging memory products.

About the Role

You will be responsible for designing and verifying high-density memory chips with complex functionality, ultra-high speed, advanced low power, and power management technology. Your primary focus will be on verification responsibilities, requiring a deep understanding of the design to evaluate its functionality at the chip or block level. You will provide solutions, collaborate with global design teams, and contribute to the success of the design team by applying verification tools and techniques.

Key Responsibilities

  • Fully understand the design datasheet and study circuit design in detail.
  • Develop patterns and regressions to increase function coverage for all DRAM architectures and features.
  • Provide support to design engineers, debug failures, manage bug tracking, and close coverage.
  • Cowork with international colleagues on developing new verification tools and flows to solve verification difficulties.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or equivalent with emphasis on VLSI design and/or verification.
  • Fluent understanding in CMOS circuit design.
  • Familiar with analog simulation methodology and tools, such as HSPICE and PRIMESIM.
  • Basic understanding of digital simulators, such as Verilog and UVM Methodology.
  • Good programming fundamentals with knowledge of Python programming preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment.

Estimated Salary

$120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
