Job Title: Global Business Transformation Manager

Estimated Salary: $120,000 - $180,000 per year

Job Description:

In this role for Latin America, you will orchestrate a lean & coherent end-to-end Strategic thinking and business planning process for the region (LRP, ABP, OKRs), working cross-functionally in coordination with global office and partnership with Finance teams.

Responsibilities:

  • BUILD ONE consistent & comprehensive growth agenda around GREAT to drive a unique System engagement and alignment.
  • Collaborate with top management to shape and carry out strategic initiatives reflecting sound decision-making processes.
  • Cultivate and sustain rapport with essential stakeholders to guarantee strategic plan support and concurrence.
  • Direct cross-functional teams towards the accomplishment of strategic goals via informed decision-making.
  • Generate persuasive communication materials to present strategic frameworks and advancements to various stakeholders.

Qualifications & Requirements:

You will need 5 years of experience in Consulting companies, in strategic planning roles. You should have demonstrated decision-making skills with the ability to evaluate complex information, weigh alternatives, and make strategic choices that drive organizational success.

A strong history of effective stakeholder management, with an emphasis on building and fostering relationships across all organizational levels, including executive leadership, teams, and external partners, is also required. You will also need robust strategic vision with a competency in setting long-term goals aligned with the company's mission and values.

In addition, superior communication skills that enable the articulation of intricate ideas clearly and effectively, both orally and in writing, are necessary. Expertise in crafting top-tier documents such as strategic plans, analytical reports, and compelling presentations tailored for diverse audiences is also needed.
