Transforming Clinical Care Teams
The Salesforce Administrator will play a crucial role in the daily management and maintenance of our Salesforce environment. This involves supporting our sales, marketing, and customer service teams by ensuring that our Salesforce instance is configured optimally, data is accurate, and users have the tools they need to succeed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support day-to-day sales transactions and troubleshooting
- Configure and support the Salesforce system to create efficiency within our buyer's journey
- Continually improve TigerConnect's Salesforce instance and other internal systems
- Design, document, build, test, deploy, and maintain enhancements to Salesforce custom objects, validation rules, page layouts, workflows, reports, and complex dashboards
- Provide functional support for existing and future business processes on Salesforce.com and other integrated platforms that support our sales and operations organization
- Contribute and provide direction to all technical aspects of the sales, service, and experience processes implemented within Salesforce, including accounts, leads, contacts, opportunities, etc.
- Translate business needs into technical requirements
- Communicate with cross-functional teams regarding status, technical issues, and creative solutions
- Provide support and quick resolution of internal customer requests working directly with our marketing and sales organization
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, business, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- Basic understanding of Salesforce and its various components (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, etc.)
- Salesforce Administrator certification (preferred but not required)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions and data manipulation
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes
