Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Analyst to join our team at Quid - Innteci. As a Sales Analyst, you will be responsible for managing customer relationships, expanding our existing business portfolio, and establishing new customer bases.
Key Responsibilities:
- Attain designated commercial targets within the assigned customer base by selling the complete portfolio of ingredients to existing customers.
- Cultivate relationships with customers, leverage ingredient and market knowledge, and conduct effective contract negotiations.
- Formulate customer-specific pricing strategies when applicable.
- Establish and maintain accurate CRM system data in both the ERP system and offline databases.
- Ensure optimal customer satisfaction by overseeing the timely receipt of required shipments and paperwork, and proactively addressing any complaints or claims.
- Manage credit limits, ensure released orders are adequately covered, and collaborate with Accounts Receivable in collections efforts when necessary.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2-3 years of performance in a similar role.
- Prior B2B sales or merchandising experience is preferred.
- Proven success in selling through a complete portfolio to an existing customer base.
- Strong organizational skills are essential for effective performance in this role.
- Proficiency in MS Office is required.
Working Conditions:
- This is an on-site position, with offices located in Andares, Guadalajara.
- Hours: Monday through Friday, Office Hours.
