About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced EABU Program Manager to join our team at BizLink Holding Inc. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for leading the production and quality management of our products.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Production Management: Oversee the continuous production and delivery of our products to meet customer requirements.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure that our products meet the highest quality standards by implementing quality control measures and monitoring production processes.
  • Project Management: Develop and implement plans to achieve business objectives, including workforce involvement, productivity improvements, and cost reduction.
  • Inventory Management: Analyze production forecasts and workforce capacities to prevent backlogs or overcapacity, and ensure that inventory levels are optimized.
  • Business Planning: Establish short and long-term business goals and objectives, and develop strategies to achieve them.
  • Communication: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Dyson engineers, project managers, and procurement teams, to ensure that all stakeholders are informed and aligned.
  • Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve production-related issues, including quality deviations, delivery delays, and cost overruns.
  • Process Improvement: Continuously monitor and improve production processes to increase efficiency and reduce waste.
  • Training and Development: Organize training sessions for the EABU Mexico team to ensure that they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their roles effectively.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Provide regular reports to management on production performance, quality metrics, and business results.
Requirements:
  • Language Skills: Fluent in English, with a strong understanding of Spanish/Mexican culture and language.
  • Technical Background: A technical background in engineering or production is required.
  • Experience: Several years of experience as a project or program manager in a quality-based management environment.
  • Soft Skills: Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills, with the ability to work in a multinational context.
