**Job Summary**
Skyworks is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Failure Analysis Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for leading failure analysis investigations and providing technical expertise to design and reliability engineers.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Lead failure analysis investigations to identify root causes of reliability and quality issues
- Develop and implement effective failure analysis processes and procedures
- Collaborate with design and reliability engineers to develop and implement corrective actions
- Provide technical expertise and guidance to junior engineers
- Develop and maintain technical documentation and reports
**Requirements**
- Minimum 3 years of experience in failure analysis and reliability engineering
- Strong knowledge of circuit analysis and RF technology
- Experience with failure analysis tools and equipment, such as curve tracer and network analyzer
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
