**Key Responsibilities**

• Conduct thorough analysis of business processes and identify areas for improvement

• Develop and implement process improvements, data clean-up, and designs for new solutions based on best practices and industry standards

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand customer needs and develop solutions that meet those needs

• Work closely with customers to understand their pain points and develop solutions to address those pain points

• Analyze customer data to identify trends and areas for improvement

• Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery

• Communicate ideas and viewpoints to senior management and stakeholders

• Evaluate the performance of project teams to ensure that targets and deadlines are met

• Perform requirements analysis for approved initiatives and manage projects from start to finish

• Conduct meetings, presentations, and ongoing reviews of project updates

• Facilitate a shared understanding of the problem, possible solutions, and scope of the project

• Manage the backlog and prioritize requests by making smart decisions using data-driven analysis and sound judgment

**Requirements**

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, IT, or a related field

• Minimum of 6 years' experience in business analysis or a related field

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Excellent communication and presentation skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously

• Strong organizational skills, including task prioritization, effective time management, and meeting facilitation

• Ability to lead and work with globally distributed teams

• Passion for and ability to understand customer needs

• Strong knowledge of NetSuite platform components, including SuiteAnalytics and SuiteBuilders

• Data analysis and visualization skills using SQL and other tools

• Experience with CRM, ERP, or other IT solutions is a plus
