Key Responsibilities- Support Recruitment Initiatives: Assist in developing and refining our recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
- Compliance and Documentation: Ensure adherence to employment laws and regulations, and assist with preparing relevant documentation.
- Employer Branding: Contribute to the enhancement of our employer brand by creating engaging recruitment marketing materials and participating in events.
To be successful in this role, you will require:
- A strong passion for recruitment and talent acquisition;
- The ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion;
- Intermediate-Advanced English language skills (written and spoken);
- Ongoing commitment to professional growth and learning;
