The Product Management Senior Analyst is a key position within Citi's Product Management team, responsible for driving business growth through strategic product planning, development, and marketing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and analyze strategic product roadmaps to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Participate in day-to-day product management, prioritizing and negotiating to achieve business results.
- Execute client value propositions, positioning, segmentation, pricing, targeting, and channel strategies to achieve preferred status as a partner to Citi clients.
- Provide guidance and training to new team members, overseeing client and competitor market research and product innovation roadmaps.
- Contribute to achievement of acquisition targets, product financial performance, revenue performance, and expense management goals.
- Implement team procedures, client problem resolution, and client management.
Requirements:
- 5-8 years of experience in marketing, credit, acquisitions, product development, and/or analytics.
- Ability to work unsupervised, adjust priorities quickly, and manage deadlines or unexpected changes.
- Clear and concise written and verbal communication, analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Bachelor's/University degree or equivalent experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Knowledge of project management methodologies (PMI, Scrum, Analysis).
- Experience creating reports and dashboards for senior management.
- Skills: proactive, resilient, well-organized, and structured.
Language: English (70%)
