**Key Responsibilities:**
Partner with senior team members to deliver across product disciplines and monitor drivers for performance
Apply disciplinary knowledge to contribute to the development of new techniques and improve processes and workflows
Evaluate variable issues that impact team performance and propose solutions
Assist in the implementation of performance improvement strategies, including cross-sell and integration initiatives
Participate in ongoing performance and maintenance of a product or set of products, including client experience, pricing, risk, and distribution
Prepare materials for the Product Approval Program and related processes
**Qualifications:**
2-5 years of relevant experience in Product Management and/or Product Development
Demonstrated experience in logistics or industrial verticals with e-commerce solutions preferred
Strong analytical skills, with the ability to filter, prioritize, and validate complex and dynamic material from multiple sources
Excellent communication and diplomacy skills, with the ability to guide, influence, and convince others
Bachelor's/University degree or equivalent experience
**Additional Responsibilities:**
Develop strategic plans to drive business results
Design, elaborate, and follow up on key results for the supplemental credit card portfolio
Develop the complete (digital and non-digital) supplemental cardholders' journey
Develop and implement initiatives to increase supplemental cards volume and revenue
Maximize customer experience
Monitor KPIs versus annual plan, MYF outlook, and/or particular initiatives established by Executive management
**Preferred Qualifications:**
English strongly preferred
