We are searching for an AI Recruiter to join our team in Mexico. As a member of our recruiting team, you will work alongside other recruiters to meet our hiring goals and deliver on our mission to accelerate the development of AI.

**Your Responsibilities Will Include:**

Partner with hiring managers and business leaders to understand Scale's needs and develop a recruiting strategy that meets those needs.

Deliver on hiring goals by working effectively with other recruiters and following processes that will evolve over time as the company grows.

**Requirements:**

3+ years of recruiting experience in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

Experience filling high volume roles and managing up to 30 hires per quarter.

Proficient in English (oral and written).

**Nice to Have:**

Previous experience in a start-up.

Experience managing a full-cycle recruiting experience or a passion and ability to learn to do so.
