Vascular Laboratory Manager

**Job Summary**

Capital Health is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Vascular Laboratory Manager to lead our vascular diagnostic team. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for directing the day-to-day operations of our vascular laboratory and ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care.

**Responsibilities**

• Direct and manage the vascular laboratory team, ensuring efficient and effective operations.
• Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with hospital and accreditation standards.
• Oversee the ordering and management of supplies, equipment, and resources to optimize laboratory operations.
• Collaborate with other department supervisors to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve patient satisfaction and outcomes.
• Ensure accurate and timely logging and charging of procedures performed.
• Communicate significant findings to physicians and nurses during patient interviews and testing procedures.
• Participate in Universal Protocol patient identification and time-out procedures.

**Requirements**

• Associate's degree in Health Sciences or certification in vascular technology.
• Three or more years of non-invasive vascular diagnostics experience.
• Strong leadership and management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
