Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Luxury Spa Host to join our team at The St. Regis Punta Mita Resort. This is an exciting opportunity to provide exceptional service to our guests and contribute to the success of our luxury spa.

About the Role

As a Luxury Spa Host, you will be responsible for scheduling services, confirming appointments, and providing general spa orientation to guests. You will also promote and sell spa services, process guest payments, and maintain accurate records.

Key Responsibilities
  • Schedule services for individuals and large groups using spa/salon reservations software system.
  • Confirm scheduled services with guests and answer questions about available services.
  • Update the reservations/cancellations list throughout the day and inform providers of last-minute changes.
  • Check in guests for appointments, confirm first and last name, and provide general spa orientation to guests upon arrival.
  • Promote and sell spa services to guests.
  • Process guest payments for spa services and obtain payment authorization as needed.
  • Acknowledge and greet guests according to company standards and assist individuals with disabilities.
  • Maintain confidentiality of proprietary information and protect company assets.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and multitask effectively.
  • Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and credit transactions.
  • Familiarity with spa/salon reservations software systems.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
