Responsibilities

- Understand functional and technical aspects of key systems.
- Assist in identifying process improvement opportunities.
Requirements
- Previous experience in IT Support.
- Experience communicating with an audience with varying degrees of technical experience.
- Experience solving complex technical issues at an enterprise level.
