Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing assigned workflows to ensure timely processing of vendor invoices, processing a high volume of invoices with accuracy, and performing three-way-match reconciliation of purchase order to goods receipt to invoice.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage assigned workflows to ensure timely processing of vendor invoices.
- Process a high volume of invoices with accuracy.
- Perform three-way-match reconciliation of purchase order to goods receipt to invoice.
- Understand and apply tax plans appropriately to the processing of vendor invoices for multiple project locations.
- Respond to vendor requests/inquiries and perform to resolve the issue.
- Identify and communicate opportunities for process improvement; collaborate with internal and external partners to increase efficiencies in the department.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or Administration.
- 1+ years of experience in accounting.
- Three-way-match reconciliation and accounts payable function.
- Organization and Multitasking.
- Customer Service.
- SAP and reporting background is desired.
- Fluency in English and Spanish is a must.
